Summer Camp Director (Full-Time, Seasonal)

Arden Theatre Company seeks a full-time, seasonal Summer Camp Director for Summer 2024. Working in close collaboration with the Arden Drama School Manager, the Summer Camp Director is responsible for preparing, supervising, coordinating, and delivering high quality theatre summer camp programming. Experience as a teaching artist/educator required, experience in arts administration and/or management & leadership preferred. Successful candidates will possess excellent organizational skills, time-management, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills. Experience in curriculum development is a plus. The ideal candidate is collaborative, flexible, organized, attentive to details, passionate about theatre education for young people, and adept at creative problem-solving and taking initiative.

Employment is full-time for the summer with an anticipated start date of June 3rd and an end date of August 30th. In order to be considered for the role, applicants must be available Monday-Friday for the entire span of time.

SALARY: $800/week
